PowerShell: Getting all Azure AD User IDs Last Login date ...

I assumed that this would be easy, but it turned out that there is no attribute in Azure AD for the User's last login date or time. The login information is stored in the Azure SignIn logs, which can be accessed from the Azure Console, so it is available, but you have to search for the information you want, and it is not straightforward.

The last login date is a property of user accounts in on-prem AD, it would be very useful for account governance purposes to have it in Azure AD as well.

Re: List all users' last login date I personally prefer Joshua's solution. Just make a connection to AzureAD with Connect-AzureAD using the preview version of the module, then run a query using the objectid or upn as follows. The "-Top 1" gives you the most recent login.

The Azure AD Graph API also provide Differential query which returns all changes made to specified entities during the time between two consecutive requests.
